Service 24

There are daily bus services from Birstwith to Pateley Bridge and Harrogate on service 24. Click here for service 24 timetable details.
On weekdays the service is operated by Harrogate & District Travel (01423 566061), running every hour throughout the day. For regular customers, bus passes are available with fantastic savings. An Explorer ticket allows unlimited travel on H&D buses for a day, so you can connect at Harrogate with frequent luxury buses to Leeds. For further information see www.harrogateanddistrict.co.uk

On Sundays, the service is operated by Hutchinsons, with five return journeys running until the end of September, some of which connect at Pateley Bridge with buses to Middlesmoor and Grassington. Buy a Dales Rover ticket from the driver for unlimited travel for a day on these buses.
There is also a bus service to Ripon on Thursdays, operated by J K Murgatroyd, leaving the Post Office at 0955 and Broomfield at 0957; returning from Ripon Bus Station at 1.30pm.
